FBM-KNM FZCO (formerly known as FBM Hudson Italiana Jebel Ali Work Shop is a 50:50 joint venture between FBM hudson Italiana S.p.A. Italy (a world leader in heat transfer technology) and KNM Process System Sdn. Bhd. Malaysia (a leading process equipment manufacturing company).

FBM-KNM FZCO holds Jebel Ali Free Zone Industrial license and Dubai chamber of Commerce registration.

We have been authorized by ABB Lummus Heat Transfer to design and manufacture helical baffle type Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger for Middle East region from year 2002.

FBM-KNM FZCO has been accredited the ISO 9001 quality standard since 1997 by ABS Quality evaluation Inc. of USA.

We are accredited and authorize to use ASME "U", "U2" and "S" Stamp by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers since 1992. We are also authorized by National Board of Boilers and Pressure Vessel Inspectors of USA to register boiler, pressure vessels or other pressure retaining items in accordance with provision .
